3RS Landscaping LLC is run by Maria and Ruben Rodriguez out of Whittier, California. We install, maintain and repair artificial turf — and that is deliberately all we do. Specialising means we see the same failure modes over and over, and we build every yard so it never joins that list.
Most of the repair calls we take are for turf someone else installed. Almost always the turf itself is fine; the base underneath it was never compacted properly, or the seams were glued and never fastened. That work is invisible on install day and unavoidable two summers later, which is exactly why we refuse to cut it.
Every project starts with a free on-site estimate and an itemised written scope — square footage, demolition, base depth and turf specification — so you can compare our number to anyone else's on the things that actually matter. We serve 13 cities within 30 miles of the shop, and we are usually out for an estimate the same week you call.
Our Chief Inspector has one job
Every 3RS job gets a final four-legged quality check. If the turf passes the Chief Inspector's nap test, it is ready for your family. It is a joke with a serious point behind it: if turf is not comfortable, well-drained and firmly secured, a dog will find the flaw before you do. Building to that standard is why our pet installs hold up.
