Artificial turf is low maintenance, not no maintenance. 3RS Landscaping offers scheduled turf care that keeps blades standing upright, infill at the right depth, seams tight and pet areas odor-free. A single service visit brings a matted, dusty lawn back to the way it looked the day it was installed — and a recurring plan keeps it there.
Foot traffic, pets, leaf litter and Santa Ana dust all work against artificial turf. Blades flatten along walkways, infill migrates downhill, debris collects in corners, and pet areas start to hold odor once bacteria build up in the infill.
Our maintenance visits reverse all of that. We clear debris, power-brush the fibers upright, redistribute or top up the infill, treat and deodorize pet zones, check seams and edges, and clear the drainage so water still moves through the backing.
